A buffet with fresh baked goods, wholesome varieties of muesli and seeds, a wide selection of cheese and cold-cut specialities, rounded off with scrambled eggs and Nuremberg sausages. Vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free on request.

The EGON LOUNGE on the ground floor welcomes you in a modern Hanseatic ambience. Enjoy hearty classics such as chicken Indian style with rice, crispy tarte flambée, currywurst and a delicious soup – honest, uncomplicated and typically Hanseatic.

Coffee and apple strudel – the little moments of pleasure that make your stay even better.

Look forward to classic cocktails, selected spirits and a small menu with pizza and tarte flambée. Our barman Hendrik mixes your favourite drinks at the bar, which we designed ourselves with great attention to detail.

Completely renovated in 2026. Furnished in a modern Hanseatic style, with cosiness. Enjoy hearty classics at lunchtime and in the evening such as tarte flambée, currywurst and specials – we also have vegan and gluten-free options.
